Doc Windshadow Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 A capon actually http://gallery.me.com/windshadow#100232/IMG_0089&bgcolor=blackThe brass gadget is a Bottle jack made in 1830 and still working one windup and it will twist the roast back and forth through 720 degrees for almost 2 hours it has been in family inventories since the 1850s and never needed repair or lubrication yet it runs in a very high heat area would love to look at its clockwork innards but I do not want to open it up while it is still working perfectly alos the thing is soldered together not screwed or bolted
