Texas Phil Peeno #50923
Texas Christian got his trumpet today. Now I know where the term "Put a sock in it" came from. Question. Looking at trumpet cleaning videos it looks like I can use my "clean" nylon bore brushes, mops and maybe even a bore snake. It should work, right? Badlands Bob #61228
I played the Trumpet during my school years and my parents survived. I'm not sure how but they did. My kids played the saxaphone and the drums. I had to get a bigger house with a basement. Good luck. Badlands Bob

Tom Foolery U.S.M. #2348
Played the trumpet from elementary through high school. If ya don't clean it, it can REEK. The stuff that can collect in there is worse than BP fouling. TF
