I've always seen Classic Cowboys in Shotgun Chaps, Waist Coat, Arm Garters, Scarf, etc. Is there any reason the Classic Cowboy can't be a "Townie?" Waist Coat, Tie, Arm Garters, etc?? There have been several attempts to make chaps/chinks/botas mandatory to get rid of the townie types in CC and make it more drover-like. It failed at the summit several times.
