The S&W 422 and 622 have fixed barrels and only need a thread adapter that replaces the barrel bushing/nut. Accurate guns. They were discontinued in 1996, I think, but still can be found at decent prices.
I have this one and a Ruger Silent SR, can't go wrong with that combination.
I've used a lot of VV N320 and N330, mostly in 9mm and .45ACP, cleanest burning powders I've ever used, little more expensive than the others, but not enough to keep me from using it.
When I run out of other powders, they will be replaced by VV.
