The original post made it sound like "the candidate" said that the presidential medal of freedom was a better award than the medal of Honor.

 

What I heard was that it was better to get the medal of freedom, because most people that get the medal of honor are dead. And this woman getting the medal of freedom was still alive. That's better.

 

I know that I would rather get any medal where I was alive to receive it rather than getting a posthumous medal. That just makes sense.

 

And then the members of the party opposing "the candidate" immediately jump out there and say that he is saying terrible awful things about soldiers.

Alpo has it right here. Listen to the video where he said this. He was simply comparing the difference. The Medal of Freedom is usually given to a person that is still alive. No one supports the military more than DT !

Those pilots knew they stood a good chance of being shot down on those missions into North Vietnam due to the rules of engagement. The bone spur in chief has no respect for our patriots.

Yea that was a big huge mistake on his part! I didn’t like that at all!

He was fighting McCain in a primary where there’s no holds barred but he crossed the line on that one!🤬

To me the issue is the best approach to the campaign from now on. What is the path to win? Positive wins. Negative doesn't. That's mostly it, to me anyway.
