HELL NO!

30/30 has much more taper and shoulder is further back. 

You can resize the neck if you are really careful to not resist the body and not set the shoulder back but I do not recommend it.  Graff & Son sometimes has Redding dies.

Yes, heard about using 30-30 Win die to neck size.

I am looking for a real .30 Remington die set (while being careful not to look at .30 Remington AR sets, which are another whole animal)

I’m pretty sure the 30-30 is rimmed and the 30 Remington is rimless. Also the taper seems different. I’d be careful.
