Alpo Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 That's interesting. I thought Winchester was the only one that used that "double barreled" firing pin. It's an excellent idea. Hits the rim in two places at the same time. That way if there's a spot with no priming mixture, the odds of there being another spot under the other side are 20 zillion to one, so you have a much better chance of getting a fire instead of a misfire.
Subdeacon Joe Posted April 17, 2024 Author Posted April 17, 2024 Some of the comments on it suggested it might be Swedish, maybe a Husqvarna.
Rip Snorter Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Can't find it, but European, Belgian? Swiss? Maybe Russian because of the trigger guard.
