I never knew about a John Wick comic before I saw the first movie.  Checked, and what do you know, the first movie came out in 2014, followed by the comics in 2017 do to the popularity of the movie.

Had an idea for pistols on a stage -- 8 shots on plates (ETA: any sweep okay), then two pistol knockdowns at either end of the array.

 

For gunfighters -- no penalty for simultaneous shots on the knockdowns (no problem scoring the hits), and the gunfighter getting the fastest split on the timer for the two knockdowns (or any gunfighter scoring no misses and only 9 pistol shots on the timer-- shouldn't be hard to figure out) gets a 'Midnight Star' award, named for the saloon in Silverado.

I want to see the Ballerina movie with Ana  de Armas. It's set in the John Wick universe. Keanu is supposed to make an appearance.

i have always looked at these movies as Hollywood entertainment - exactly what its supposed to be - no truth , no reality , no  reason other than entertainment , i like them so far but i think the sequels are starting to fade that unterest

The first movie in a series like this is fresh, introducing you to the world it's set in. It is harder in the sequels to compete with that.
