I have 200+ pieces mixed headstamps for $40 shipped.  There's a picture here https://www.cascity.com/forumhall/index.php?topic=68354.msg801131#msg801131 although it doesn't show much -- mixed brass is mixed brass.  The 20 R-P cases in the Cor-Bon box have been wet tumbled since that picture was taken, but the rest is still dirty or dry tumbled.  I can tumble the rest if you want.

Sorry to hear that!  Without knowing your cancer or treatments, just want to suggest to you to look into Keytruda immunotherapy as it assisted me after 10 chemo treatments to beat Stage 4 metastatic colon cancer and possibly it could help your battle as well. Good luck and God Bless!
