He has been hospitalized since he was critically injured in the deputy-involved shooting on March 4. Today marked a big step forward in his recovery with his friends, family, brothers, and sisters by his side. Local agencies joined us in supporting Deputy Dellia as we gave him a warm send off. He’s heading to a rehabilitation facility to continue his journey. Sonoma County, you have been extraordinarily supportive of Deputy Dellia and his family since this frightening incident occurred.
