This will only tie the hands of law abiding citizens who possess firearms for their own safety and for recreational activities. It does NOTHING to reduce or prevent criminals from carrying out their violent, illegal activities and adds NO penalty for them doing so!! I don’t recognize much of anything here that conforms to our nation’s Constitution or to the recent guidelines set out in BRUEN! Quote Link to comment
