John Kloehr
Took some digging. The actual ruling: https://bloximages.newyork1.vip.townnews.com/kezi.com/content/tncms/assets/v3/editorial/3/4e/34eaabf6-88c5-11ee-89c4-43d30801aebe/655d3c697bf95.pdf.pdf The state has until the 8th to bring up objections. I understand some objections have already been filed. But finding the actual text is difficult, the press puts forth its narrative without the documentation. Quote Link to comment

Blackwater 53393
A sensible and correct ruling on a legal matter that was fraudulently presented in the first place!! 2 Quote Link to comment
Gateway Kid SASS# 70038 Life
I find it fascinating that liberals immediately rejoice when a ruling goes their way (particularly after judge shopping across the country) and declare it “settled law”, but when stymied by a clear cut decision they are determined to take it (at our expense) to as many courts as they can to reverse said decision! Why don’t they have to face the consequences of their actions, financially and civilly, out of their own pockets to pursue what they so obviously support! Same for the politicians who wrote this garbage in defiance of their oath of office! Kick them all out! Regard's Gateway Kid 2 Quote Link to comment
