Got busy with the lathe on this raining Friday. Made a couple tools to reload my 10 gauge shells. Works pretty good. Waiting for the conversion parts to arrive for my MEC 600 MKV.....Until then, I'll do it this way.....

When I collected a few 10 gauge shotguns,  I tried to find once fired hulls. Every lead ended up a dead end.  Finally bought 100 new Fiocchi from Grafs. Bought a Mec 600 with short 2-7/8 adaptor.   Star crimp looked awful. Shortened hulls needed shived to star crimp right.  Shot a few and black powder would burn through the plastic just above the brass base.  Then I scored a nest of brass hulls.  Much, much better.
