I do, most of the time.  A Colt Government .380 with two to four extra mags......just to calm my paranoia down a bit......and because I can.

 

If I knew  for sure I'd need a gun, I have a lot of better "gunfighter" choices: .45 acp, 12 gauge, .30-06. .34-40 US Krag, etc cetera.  If I knew for sure I'd take as many as I could carry and hang reloading.  Just shoot one dry and grab the next one.
