Black Hills Barb
Despite a cold, rainy weekend, nearly all the registered shooters braved the crappy weather. Nearly everyone felt that the cold and rain caused them to have a bad match. However, Jerseytown Kid and Alamo hung on to their titles for another year. Rather than be on a honeymoon, at the match - her first match of the season. It was a fight to the finish, as it often is, for Jerseytown Kid and Tombstone Coty. Congratulations to the champs and the winners in every category. And CONGRATULATIONS to all those that hung in there despite the crappy weather. Black Hills Barb
The scores can be found on the posse Facebook page, El Posse Grande. They will be on the website later today. Our "webmaster" is on her way home to Virginia and will have a bunch of unpacking to do first.

Loco Poco Lobo
Hats off to Black Hills Barb, Happy Valley Harlot, Soaring Chicken, and the rest of the Posse Grande crew for another great PA State shoot! We had a great time and Posse 4 enjoyed the stages and cowboy camaraderie, despite the "liquid sunshine"!

We had been looking forward to our first sojourn to the PA State Match, but family health issues caused us to cancel at the last minute. Glad everyone had fun, despite the rain. For us BP shooters, we don't mind the rain, it just means the guns are halfway cleaned when we are done shooting for the day! Missed the chance to see you and Nawlins (and Jake). Been far too long. Rancho Roy
PA State Shoot......If you didn't go, you missed a great shoot!.....Barb and team knocked it out of the park! It's a little bit easier running one of these events under bluebird skies and proper schedule for the caterer and everything goes exactly as planned.....It's when everything goes against you , mother nature drops buckets of rain, the caterer has a memory lapse and you pull it out and make it a great event anyways.......FANTASTIC SAVE!.....Can't wait for next year! THANKS!
Slim Chance Chris
Thank you to El Posse Grande and everyone who helped put on a great shoot! I enjoyed being able to shoot with my wife Emmie Oakley and get back out on the range. You can’t control the weather. All you can do is make the best of it and roll with it. Looking forward to next year
