Buckey O'Neill , SASS Life #42761 2
Colt engraved Theodore Roosevelt Single Action Army Revolver in a factory display case; number 228 of a total of 500 made in 1984; 7 ½” barrel; Caliber .44-40; factory "B" hand engraving on the barrel and cylinder; grips are smooth custom made one piece American walnut; factory two piece ivory grips included; factory original blue finish with case hardened frame & hammer; Colt blue canvas case with leather trim included. The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp, the barrel and frame markings are crisp, the screw heads are sharp, and there is no drag line on the cylinder. Bob Munden Enterprises gave it a fine tuned action with a crisp trigger pull, timed the locking bolt and undercut it to prevent wear on the cylinder locks, honed the forcing cone to eliminate any machine marks that could distort the accuracy, took it to the gun range and sighted it in. The test target and Munden letter are also included. $2895.00 includes shipping & insurance to your FFL.
