Date Change - 26th Annual Chorro Valley Shoot Out and 2020 SASS Western Regional Championship

Recommended Posts

The Chorro Valley Regulators’ biggest concern is the health and safety of our Cowboy and Cowgirl friends while providing the best shooting experience possible so we are re-scheduling The 26th Annual Chorro Valley Shoot-Out 2020 SASS Western Regional Championship to November 4th – 8th, 2020.

Knowing that most of you are ready to get back to visiting your CAS friends and participating in the shooting sport we all love; we just don’t feel that it would be possible during the original match dates in August.  By re-scheduling the match in November, we are hoping this will allow us to still provide all the events you have become accustomed to enjoying at SASS Western Regional Championship (Saturday’s Night 5 Star dinner and entertainment, Last Chance Saloon, the Poker Tournament, Side Matches, Vendor shopping and of course the 12 Stage Main Match).

By the way the weather on the Central Coast in November is still beautiful with average daily temperatures of 50 – 75.

If you have already registered for the match your registration will be applied to the new dates.  If you have not registered yet please feel free to sign up at you earliest convenience on-line at: www.chorrovalleyregulators.com

If for any reason you cannot attend the match in November and have already registered, we will gladly send you a refund.

We greatly appreciate your understanding of the need for the date change and your continued support of The Chorro Valley Regulators and 2020 SASS Western Regional Championships.

Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Sinful at: michaelgarripee@yahoo.com

I didn’t think the dates would have to be changed.
And, as a precautionary measure, it may all be for the best.

Let’s all hope for clear and pleasant weather as usual!!

For those of you who have not shot the SASS Western Regional at CVR before, this is a truly great match in a spectacular environment. The Chorro Valley Regulators’ range is about 8 miles from the Pacific Ocean, which always brings mild weather to the range. As Hollywood pointed out, daytime temperatures in November are in the 70° range with virtually zero humidity.

The match features challenging and fun scenarios, with something for shooter's of all levels to enjoy. And, there's usually a few dozen vendors to occupy your downtime and help you find some goodies that you either need, or just gotta have.

Before, after, or during the match, neighboring Morro Bay - an active fishing village on California’s Central Coast - features several really good seafood restaurants boasting daily catches.

Chorro’s 5-Star dinner on Saturday night exceeds expectations, and the match is run by a bunch of superstars - as one would think after 26 years!

Tons of room for trailers (dry camping) and a bunch of nearby motels makes being here easy.

Come on out and shoot this great match with us!!!
