Tex Jones, SASS 2263 278 Posted October 1 I tried to ship some ammo to a friend yesterday via Fed Ex. I haven't done it for a few years and it appears that Fed Ex has changed their procedures. Ammo is now considered "dangerous goods" and, according to the "dangerous goods" team, it can no longer be dropped off, but has to be picked up by them. In order to arrange a pick up and fill in the shipping label one has to open an account with them, as the "dangerous goods" shipping form is only available to account customers. Has anyone run into this?

Went to UPS customer center, filled out a form; they printed out a label and off went the package. Just like it used to be at Fed Ex.
Cat Brules 515 Posted October 3 Over time, I’ve had outrageously poor service from FedEx out here. So much so, I now refuse to allow suppliers to ship anything to me via FedEx. Cat Brules
