Clay Mosby
GW, I didn't go with Linux this time as I was able to FINALLY get windows loaded. It took almost 6 hours on the phone over 3 days, but I have my computer back. I have some of the software loaded back, still need to load a couple others. Thankfully I still have the old laptop which has about 80-90% of the data files I lost on the new one. It will be a cold day in hell before I accept another update from them, Thanks again for the info Grandpa Willie, I have bookmarked it in case this happens in the future. Glad you're back on the air though.
Shootin' Shu
Why do you folks let Microsoft hold you hostage? At least get on a schedule of backing up your user data.

Call Calico !! get a jug of rye and get the horses!! we'll find something to RAID
