J-BAR #18287
Remember folks, these are legal in every SASS category that permits adjustable sighted revolvers. Beautiful revolvers, my friend. If I didn't already own a bunch of ROAs...!!
Three Foot Johnson
I used to shoot 'em in Modern, just because I could. I've got 5 other fixed sight ROA's, and can't remember the last time I shot these two.

Fort Reno Kid
Just my 2 cents for someone considering those beautiful shootin' irons. They are big ... about the size of the Ruger Super Blackhawk ... and thus steady in the hand. I own one but wasn't enamored of the holy black. A Howell conversion cylinder in 45LC came to the rescue. Now it's one of my go-to shootin' irons for CAS and , should I get a wild hair and want to shoot cap and ball, even in the same match, all I have to do is snap the percussion cylinder back in.
