TN Mongo, SASS #61450 Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 As a leather maker I have made a number of shotgun belts for customers using mil spec 1" elastic for the shotgun loops. I now have a customer who wants 3/4" elastic instead of my normal 1". I've suggested installing leather stops to raise the height of the shell. He doesn't like that idea. Do any of you know a source for good 3/4" elastic strap in black? I would prefer mil spec or something comparable. I just wasn't sure if their non mil spec stuff would hold up to hard use. Also, you have to buy a large quantity of anything you buy.
