Oklahoma Dee
The Cowboys located in Corona, California are hosting this major match. Can anyone suggest a great place to stay during the match? Thanks, Oklahoma Dee
Smokestack SASS#87384
Last year we had several nice hotels in the area offer discounted rates to our shooters. We do not have confirmation of this years rates yet,but when we do I will post them here and on the club Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/groups/676697149124810/?ref=bookmarks I am looking forward to shooting with you. Thanks, Oklahoma Dee Hi Oklahama Dee- Several times I've attended, I've stayed at the Fairfield Inn (by Marriot) in Norco. It is clean, reasonably priced, serves a hearty breakfast... And it's less than 5 years old. And- it's a quick 5 minutes to the range. Misty
Shotgun Boogie, SASS #67870
Dee, When you missed the parties of the THE COWBOYS, you'll missing the best part of the whole match. That's why it's better to stay on the Range. I recommend to rent a motor home. October is outside the holiday saison and the prices for RV's are low then. I don't get to shoot with The Cowboys nearly as much as I'd like but, when I do, the Fairfield is the place to stay. Easy on/off the freeway, tons of amenities close by and easy drive to and from the range.
