Obama to Require Background Checks

Obama is expected to issue an executive order requiring everyone "in the business" of selling firearms to perform background checks.

Soon after New Years Day he plans to follow through on plans to expand the definition of who's "in the business" of selling firearms — and who's thus required to perform background checks.

Isn't anyone already "in the business" an FFL and doesn't that mean they already have to sell under current law which already mandates background checks as an FFL for firearm sales?

 

Semantics are going to cause legal trouble for people I predict...
