FS: Cowboy Pants 34x28 For FL Youth Fund

This thread was inspired by another thread by Jim No Horse

I've been getting a lot of stuff lately.
Just the other day Cypress Sam asked if I wanted some pants.

Not one to turn down free stuff I said "sure".

Well, I get them home and wouldn't ya know not one of those pairs of pants fit me.

So now I got 11 pairs of good cowboy pants that don't fit.

I started thinking about this and the Jim No Horse thread came to mind.
So with Cypress Sam's permission I am selling those pants and donating the money to the Fund to send Florida Youth to EOT.

However being the low-down, dirty Outlaw that I am I cannot just hand over all that loot.

So instead I will buy as many raffle tickets as I can with the money in hopes of stealing ...er... winning one of the fine prizes that have been donated.

The deal is that if any of the tickets is a winner the prize will immediately be auctioned off at the FL State Shoot (The Siege 2016) to the highest bidder and that money will be donated back to the Fund to send Florida Youth to EOT 2016. So I get to donate twice...maybe.

All tickets will be held in escrow by a non-Outlaw third party. :P:lol:

All pants are $25 each, shipping is on me. In other words 100% of the money you pay for the pants goes to helping the Florida Youth get to EOT.

Do you think No 2 are truly 34 inches? The last 2 pairs of 34's I bought off here are way tight, and I wear a 33 inch Wrangler. Now that has made me afraid to buy without trying. The length is a couple of inches short, but I always tuck these in, so that may even be better.

I will answer your question with a question:

Did you take those 34 pants you bought and lay them on the floor and actually measure them?

Have you ever actually measured your Wranglers? I think they cut them a bit large.

I wear a 34 Wrangler and they fit me quite comfortably.

HOWEVER when I put on 34 Cowboy pants they make me feel like a

hippo in a ballerina skirt. :P:lol:

So for Cowboy pants I typically go with 36.

I do forget and sometimes when people are waving free stuff in front of me I can't dang well help myself. It's a sickness.

Now back to your question: I laid these pants down on the floor and measured the waist. They measured 17 inches so times 2 that's 34.

If you want to take the chance I'll sell them to you but ...

Sure. It's for a good cause. If you wanna send me your regular mail address I will send you a check that you can cash before shipping.

Send to my email. Rreese8611@aol.com

Not shooting much these days but I do "autobiographical impersonations" at the Bullock Texas History Museum, for the school kids. These would look nice. Thanks for your trouble.

I personally handed the check to a Pony Express rider on his way to Florida.

Thanks Tango Mike.

I still have #1, #10 and #11 not sold yet.
