Tumblin Tom
Got this in an email today. It does not cover all states right now but can in the future. But it does make another way to take your gun rights away from you thru the back door. http://www.2ndamendmenttv.com/page/26836.html Link to comment
Springfield Slim SASS #24733
Not my back door. Link to comment
Hacker, SASS #55963
Not really a big problem. The 4473 asks if you are a user of illegal drugs. If you probably shouldn't be buying a gun anyway. We had a debate about what happens in CO when CO law says legal and fed still says illegal. In CO that would result in an interesting ambiguity. Because it is legal in CO, did you lie if you used and said no? Where it is not legal at state level it is still illegal. So the ambiguity might well have to be ruled on in court. Link to comment

The 4473 is a federal form, not a state form. Federal law would be the controlling one, I would think. Link to comment
