Ruff Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Nice picture. Stupid question. Is that a statue or a real woman?
Subdeacon Joe Posted May 24, 2014 Author Posted May 24, 2014 Nice picture. Stupid question. Is that a statue or a real woman? Looks like a bronze statue. Where? I'm working on finding out. This is something I saw on Facebook. When I find out where, I'll post an update.
Shorty Jack Hammer Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Bronze statue. I believe it's supposed to symbolize a wife/mother/gf touching the memorial and the lost soldier is touching her back.....kind of like that painting o the Vietnam Vet touching the Vitnam Wall and his lost buddies are looking back at him
Four-Eyed Buck,SASS #14795 Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 There was a large eagle statue dedicated at a local Veteran's Memorial park just north of me here yesterday
