Cowboy Junky
Uberti 1876 45-60 For saleI’m selling my Uberti 1876 for funds for a backup MM rifle. I’m will include the rifle, 48 pieces of brass, 11 loaded rounds (Accurate 5477 Buffalo loads) and dies all for $1100. The rifle is in excellent shape the stock has a few impressions on it so small they are insignificant and you really have to look for them but it’s not flawless. The steel is 100% like new. 22 inch bbl.Internals have been polished and a coil spring added to the lever safety so it's much smoother than a new rifle.I have it listed on the Carolina Cowboys site and pics are available there. http://www.carolinacowboys.us/vb/showthread.php?10810-Uberti-1876-45-60-For-sale

Irontree
I took an elk with mine in this caliber at about 120+ yards. 340gr Lee bullet in soft (ish) lead over H-4198. Blood trail was easier to follow than a paved road. Great gun and much more impressive than the writers would lead you to believe. I've used it to take several whitetail since then. Doesn't hamburger the meat much and drops them HARD. You've bought one heck of a rifle.
