Found that when including images that if you did a preview, it screwed up the coding and would not display the image and editing was turned off on that post. The only way to fix it was for an administrator to go in and delete the post and some times the entire thread. Then the original poster could try again. My suggesting is to not Preview if you are including images. In fact I suggest you look for errors in your post after you type without using Preview.
