I don’t watch college football but I hear it all started when a Michigan player planted their flag on the field after they won. Sounds like a bunch of spoiled kids on both sides!

So what?? It’s the players that I watch not the suits in the front office. Many of the coaches said they’d bench their players if they knelt. I watch because I like the game and since nobody kneels anymore I’m beyond it. You have your opinion and I have mine. Well the story is that MLB said Cleveland could have the All Star game in 2019 if they got rid of Chief Wahoo. So yes it’s more about money but I believe these owners are “woke” also. They said it was time to get rid of Wahoo and later they changed the name! The Cleveland Indians name while not exactly named after Louis Socelexis, the first Native American ball player, it was certainly inspired by him. There was a survey urging people to send in names for the team. The Cleveland Indians won. For over 100 yrs that named stood until the “woke” mob pressured the woke owners to changing the name. First they got rid of the cartoonish Chief Wahoo then the name. Sad. 😔 The Chief on the right was the first one.

One of my favorites as a kid. It’s still on either MeTV or Grit and I watch it occasionally!

We watched the Cowboys /Giants game today. Not one player knelt during the National Anthem which was played on trumpet by Freddie Jones jazz trumpet player. Cowboys won 27-20 The Lions/Bears game had Saxaphonist Mike Phillips play the National anthem Great job and oh yea no one knelt during the Anthem. For those of you that don’t watch there’s no more kneeling!
