Curly Red Ryder
I would like to replace my new vaqueros hammers by montados hammers. I had a look on the Ruger's site which states that they don't make anymore the Montados hammers as spare parts and on Brownell's site they are no more listed. Can someone give me an address where I can buy such parts (montados hammers) and which would accept to send them in France, or any cowboy have a pair of extra M H and would accept to resale these to me. Thanks for your help!! Curly
Grizzly Dave
Curly - perhaps the Super Blackhawk Hammers are what you are looking for. Midway and Brownells carry them.

Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933
Curley, the Montado hammer and the Super Blackhawk hammers are indentical except the Montado is checkered and the SBH has serrations. The checkering on the Montado hammers is cast in. The serrations on the SBH hammers actually give you a better grip on the hammer.
