Ozark Okie Posted February 19, 2024 Posted February 19, 2024 I'm fiddling with my pistols this year; have pretty much levelled out on my speed (lack of), so my focus is on enjoying my friends and my equipment. The single sixes I'm enjoying will accommodate multiple grips frames - long and short plow handle, birdshead and Bisley. I have tried the first three, but recently handled a Bisley that I liked it very much. So, if anyone might happen to have a Bisley grip frame (or two), hopefully with grip panels, that they could part with, I'd like to hear from you. As always, I will appreciate any feedback - suggestions, advice, comments. Thanks, Ozark Okie BTW - I saw a Bisley Single Seven in .327 recently. Nice,....and interesting that you can shoot 327, 32 H&R, 32 S&W in the same cylinder. Has anyone tried the single seven for targets, hunting or plinking?
meesterpaul Posted February 20, 2024 Posted February 20, 2024 I'll keep your post. I have two Bisley grip frames that I planned on using on my Vaqueros. I haven't done it yet.
AlOvera Posted February 21, 2024 Posted February 21, 2024 FYI you will also need the SMALL frame Bisley hammers and triggers. I did this conversion on mine several years back. Makes nice handling pistols.
Wild Willi Posted February 21, 2024 Posted February 21, 2024 There are Reeder grams and stag grips on gunbroker
