TN Mongo, SASS #61450
I've been looking at these pistols for a few months. The LCP II .22 model 13705 has been out for awhile. Ruger has now introduced the model 13747 recently. After a lot of research, I can't find what the difference is between these two? I know the early 13705 had some feeding problems and that the 13747 is California compliant. Does anyone know the difference between these two models? Pat Riot
I could only find the 13705 on the Ruger site. My guess would be the CA model has a loaded chamber indicator. Probably just a widen extractor with some red paint that indicates a round in the chamber.

TN Mongo, SASS #61450
I did my due diligence and looked at all the official Ruger information available and I still couldn't find the real difference between these models. I think I'm going to buy the newer model because I think they may have worked out whatever bugs presented themselves with the first model.
