The only folks in need of "cultural appropriation" are those who are insecure with themselves, and need to live a lie to feel good about themselves. SAD

Whatever her heritage, she was extremely talented, and that talent resulted in a successful career.  I still have records from the '60's.  Warren, on the other hand,  gained wealth and position based on false claims, no talent except prevarication required.

I didn't question her talent although I'm not a fan of her music at all, I simply pointed out her false claims. I wonder if she didn't get some extra attention from music executives and publishers because she claimed to be a native American. Not much different than Warren.
