Japan's "Longest Day"

Were those final pictures of Hiroshima or Nagasaki, or just major portions of Tokyo?  Twentieth Bomber Command inflicted more damage and more casualties in one night raid on the latter than on either of the a-bombed cities. Thankfully, under the governance of Gen. MacArthur, Japan is now restored and our staunch ally in the Far East.

My guess, based on the running electric street cars and the standing utility poles , is that it is a city, or several cities, that were subjected to conventional bombing.

it was presented as if the war was 4 years old at that point when in reality that only represented the US entry , china and east asia might feel slighted as they had suffered longer having been invaded before that point ,

but i listened to it all with great interest , i knew of this before but it was interesting to hear it presented in this fashion , thanks ,
