To me it reads as a gun rights protection bill. Bars any local entity from regulating open carry. Protects lawful actions in the industry from lawsuits. Link to comment

Gutting or amending a previously introduced bill with other language. I'll keep checking on posts from the MOFC on this bill. Link to comment
