Maybe that's the reason. Went to the grocery store this morning, and for the first time I can remember, there were no sale papers. The rack was empty. I thought that was a little peculiar. I just satw a virologist say that cardboard, like Amazipon boxes was the best medium for live virus and that it was 24 hours! We are really getting bombarded with conflicting info from different sources! What all those statements lack is whether that is how long a viable virus can live or if that is how long it can be detected. Makes a tremendous difference. Some viruses and bacteria can be detected for weeks on some surfaces under ideal conditions. HOWEVER the ability to actually infect a person that comes in contact with that surface is always significantly less. 99.9% of the time the number given is the "can be detected" time frame. Takes a lot more effort and money to determine the viability of it.
