The reviewing  stand used to be on Lenin’s mausoleum.

 

may 8-9-10 are all holidays with parade on the 9th.

 

from mid April workers reset the cobblestones in red square so that the soldiers can goose step on a smooth surface then they undo it for the visitors.  The stones are set 3 deep.
