Are you looking for a folded flat spring ejector like the one in this eBay ad?  

 

Others have has the reciever drilled and machined to take the later design ejector design.

Thanks Warden..I haven't physically saw an original but Wisners make an improved version so I will get a mate to pick one up to bring back to Australia.
