Marshal Ruger
I'm just curious for the Marlin 1894 Cowboy with 24" barrel, which size works best for SASS matches, the medium at 0.155 or the large at 0.185?
Slick McClade
Depends on if your shooting big close targets(bigger sight) or smaller targets set back a little(smaller sight). If you have a little trouble seeing I would recommend the larger sight. Personally I use the smaller sight and it seems to work well for me at just about every range I go to. Which ever one you choose I'm sure you'll like it 😉. Slick
Eyesa Horg
I have the small one on both of our Marlins and it works well.
Widder, SASS #59054
The Sure Hit sights are very popular and there is a probability that you shoot with some folks who have both sizes for you to check out. Either way, I think you will be happy. I don't use a rear sight so therefore, all I want on my rifle is the larger Sure Hit sight. I have them on both my competition Marlins. ..........Widder
