Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
Anybody using them in their NON SASS irons? If so, tell me about them. Do they leave a residue behind, are the barrels and receivers hard to clean and how do the bullets perform? Inquiring minds want to know.
Shawnee McGrutt
Can't answer your questions. But I know a fellow who uses them, he swears by them.
Dusty Boddems
I'm shooting good quantities of 9mm from bayou bullets and lots of 45acp from bear creek. Using pistols and carbines and not having any leading issues. After 2-300 rounds there will be a small amount of residue just past the throat that brushes right out. A friend of mine is using the bayou bullet hi tec coating in his 30 carbine and again no leading. Dusty Boddams

John Barleycorn, SASS #76982
I was sceptical at first but am now a true believer. I use them for all my loading. My XDM Comp eats them up. Same with my 9mm carbine.
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
How is the accuracy? Not that I am all that accurate.
