Since your avatar still shows up in your profile, you , may only need to crop the avatar. I did that the last upgrade. Hope that helps.

First, get some plastic surgery. Then get a new picture. You could use one of mine if you want. But seeing as you're married I doubt Marsha wants a bunch of women chasing after you.
