Jackson Rose, SASS #45478 Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 This past Tuesday my primer feed started sticking. Cleaning didn't help. Couldn't get through to Dillon on the phone. Sent them an E-mail outlining the problem. Received an E-mail back saying they got my E-mail but were backlogged 2 to 3 weeks. This afternoon when I got home there was a package in my door containing an entire 550 priming system including 2 slides, 1 small primer and 1 large primer. Dillon service is second to none! Roy Cassidy, SASS#23458 Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 The shell plate screw on my SDB broke three weeks ago, same thing on hold over an hour e-mailed them one week later got an e-mail back they would send the parts that afternoon they were in the mailbox.
