Flanigan Flats
Hey all I really want to get a hammered shotgun. The BAIKAL MP220 is what keeps ringing my bell. I would like to know what the people using them think. What should I do to one when I get it? Is there a CAS gunsmith with a website who sells them already slicked? If I buy a new one from a local dealer how hard would it be for me to tune it myself? What exactly is involved? Is there spring/parts kits available? If so can you point me in the right direction? How do you pronounce it? Thanks for any and all help. Flanigan
Doc Fill 'Em 67797
I had one of those for a while and I liked it. It was nice and light and handled well. The only things I did was deactivate the automatic safety and polish the chambers. Everything else worked well from the start.
Curley Fryes
I have a Baikal MP220 and it does not have hammers. I believe the MP220F has hammers. Also, disabling the auto safety is a good idea. Just makes it manual.
