Irontree
Before I weld and then re-cut a Uberti steel butt plate, does anyone out there have a crescent butt plate for an 1893 Marlin? Not perfect condition is OK, but as good as I can find. Tried Numrich with no luck.

Yellowhouse Sam # 25171
You'll likely have to do some custom fitting. Those early buttplates were matched to the individual rifle and often had serial number to the gun. Just sayin.
Irontree
Fitting it isn't an issue. Done plenty of that in the past.
