Shooting Bull
Through my own stupidity I ended up breaking the handle off my wife's four gun Rugged Gear cart. After a quick email to Rugged Gear they sent, FREE OF CHARGE, brand new re-enforced handle pivot assemblies and she's even better than new. Once again a great company displays great customer service. Gold Canyon Kid #43974
I agree, I have had nothing but great customer service. I love this cart. My local gun range has several of their carts for their sporting clays course and is frustrated that they have not been able to get replacement parts for broken rental carts which do get heavy usage. They are not asking for free parts, just need parts. Wonder if is the difference between individual support and commercial support.
Anvil Al #59168
Got one this year. Really like it. Two weeks before EOT I got a strange urge to go. Was at Kansas State match and they had some there. Wife told me, EOT, or the RG Cart. But not both. SO. Got the cart. Think I made the right choice. Have not needed CS. But glad to hear they take care of you if needed.

Ventura Slim, SASS #35690
Have trouble starting the screws that hold the handle to the bottom frame. They have the hand handles on them, one on each side, I think the nylon sewing was too tight.

They have the hand handles on them, one on each side, I think the nylon sewing was too tight. Deploy your cart and take a hair dryer to the Nylon, let it cool and do it again a couple of times I installed some bigger handled thumb screws(1/4"x20thd)on the sides like the one used on the front. They have the hand handles on them, one on each side, I think the nylon sewing was too tight. That's a universal "problem". Takes a while to get used to but, I like how secure everything stays once they're in nice and tight.
Olen Rugged
... Once again a great company displays great customer service. Another +1 for Rugged Gear! I was at CaC and asked the lady for a buckle to replace a broken one on my cart. She didn't have a spare, but she went to her cart and cut off the buckle and gave it to me! Olen, who really likes that Rugged part... and the great service.
