SGT. ELI 35882 GUNFIGHTER
One of our local men, Sgt. Michael Bartley age 23 was laid to rest today after being killed January 15 by a rouge iraqi soldier who smuggled live ammo into a training excercise in Mosul. The funeral route was lined with over 1,000 American Flags brought for the second time to our small town by a Galesburg gentleman by the name of Larry Eckhart. Very emotional to drive past all these flags and remembering our fallen troops.
