  1. Discussion on original Win 1897's: Given similar ages and condition, is there a preference for CAS between a takedown and a solid frame? Any difference in reliability or value?

    My daughter and family just moved to Cedar City last fall. I hear it's ben a bit cool lately tho. :) They do desert runs in their Polaris (I think)

    My SoCal friend Marshal Slate Buren is up there now with his wife Stars n Stripes (Bill and Terry). They have two jeeps. Per chance have you met them?

    Lot of SoCal shooters moved up to Hurricane

     

    We will be coming up to visit in April sometime - around spring break.

  3. I have a solid frame 97. SN looks like CL35xxx. But probably could be C135xxx. That give manuf date of approx 1900?
  4. by the way, the Schofield round works flawlessly both in my Marlin Cowboy and Marlin early 94
