The bullets need to be coated and a quality coated bullet. I've had some issues with bayou coated bullets. SNS and Badman bullets are the ones I use and once I switched to these I've had very few issues. I've been using mine for 5+ years and love it. I do use a powder checker and crimp/seat in station 5. Congratulations to Buck Garrett for winning Cattle Baron .

Thanks to Clint Steele and Sassy Kitty and support group for a fantastic match. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back next year. No "P" traps, target placement and size were optimal for letting it fly ! Just lots of fun. Again-Thanks to everyone who participated in putting on the match. Banquet is tonight and awards tomorrow along with the top gun shoot off. Hells Comin

Lead dispenser, Bad Lands Bud, Cody James, whistling Will and Matt Black all shoot x draw.

I've came up with away that you don't need to do any cross draw thingies. My left holster allows me to use it as a strong side holster when needed and if there is a place to lay them down ( pistols last) I draw the right pistol first then lay it down and then draw the left pistol. When using a cross draw your strong hand is aways drawing your pistols and no transfer needed. It's much easier to moving to the left drawing your cross draw. Anyway it works for me. Hells Comin

I've watched you do your sweep and there's no reason for anyone to worry. Hells Comin

Just trying to clean. Do u think steel pins would damage the carrier? It is Anodized.

After approximately 45 minutes it wasn't the results I'd hope for. Looks like the build up is more than the corn Cobb can handle. Back to the drawing board.
-
Would it hurt the carrier if you place it in a Rotary tumbler with corn cob media ? Hells Comin

Didn’t anyone have fun at EOT this year?

Just wait for it . -
Went in for my 8 day checkup today. Well the Doctor told me "NO RESTRICTIONS " The results are great and well beyond my wildest exceptions. I can see the front sights better than ever "HD" Hells Comin

No I wasn't . I tried all different kinds of contouring and finally on the 6th stage either I figured it out or got lucky. I closed my right eye put my right cheek on my right shoulder and aimed at the lower right corner of each target . I got a standing ovation from the posse for shooting a clean stage. Lol
-
On 6 stages today I had 18 rifle misses . I'm going to have the surgery and if I can't shoot eot So be it. It certainly wouldn't be any fun if You can't hit anything. I'll follow the Doctors instructions to the tee and start shooting when he says I can. Thanks ever for responding. Hells Comin

I've been shooting the last month with my right eye closed- because I can't see my pistol barrels little alone the sights yes I use my sights . I'm having surgery on the right eye February 13th and EOT starts on the 26th. How long after cataract surgery can start shooting? Hells Comin
