I did not quite hear it as strong as the commentator made it sound.

 

And Chevron does not need to go away entirely.

 

I do expect Chevron to acquire limits on two items. First, an interpretation of legislation into a rule can not create a crime. Second, an interpretation must be consistent with the law and also not be a reversal of prior interpretation.
