I bought this new in 2000, and am pretty sure all it's had through it are 25 rounds out of a 50 round box of PMC factory ammo I bought with it. Two magazines are included, and it has a pocket clip installed. One of the magazines has a FLYER WIRE installed, a simple mod to prevent rim lock when using shorter than standard ammo, such as hollow points.
